Unfortified UK

Bakeries, mills & flour sellers

These sellers publicly say some of their flour or bread is unfortified. The usual reasons are that it is wholemeal, comes from a small exempt mill, or is a grain other than common wheat. Many list only certain products, so read each card. A "Medium" rating usually means the claim comes from a stockist, not the producer.
